Aside from quercetin, I also use other tools (like nettle infusions and Botanica Hayfever Gel). But I know that this works because when I don't have it, I notice it. It is also generally great for getting histamine levels under control. The pill is a normal size. It is easy to swallow and does not have a weird taste or scent.
