I love this calming supplement! I have tried many alternative ways to combat extreme stress (caregiving for humans and senior pets), this one along with a complete multivitamin minerals and an extra dose of B stress makes things easier to handle. I find 2 in the AM and 2 before sleep at night works perfectly well. When I ran out of this one, I found it interesting that the unassuming ingredients could make an amazing impact. a must buy for stress when B vitamins alone doesn't work.

The size of the pill is ok. The dosage is suitable too. There is no taste. I can say that these vitamins definitely helped me with stress and helped me to be more calm.
