I've tried many different supplements to help with my anxiety they all made me groggy or made me feel off. This product is wonderful. I take it right before bed and it helps me to sleep. It's comes in a capsule and there is not aftertaste. I used to take Suntheanine (100mg) in a chewable when I first started taking L-theanine. It was a great way to slowly adapt to it. I did notice if you take it during the day you need to make sure you don't take too much. I would get headaches when I first started if I took more than 100 mg and I broke it up into 2 doses. I love the Solaray brand and was happy to see it offered on iHerb.com. I'm a newer customer, I've been using Vitacost for years, but iHerb offers better discounts and rewards! Thank you Iherb!
