I absolutely love it...I've being taking it for almost a week and feel a difference already. My appetite is curbed and my cravings have lessened. I am an avid cake and cookies, chocolate and ice cream lover...but i have had the power to talk myself out of it on a few occasions while wearing the patch. Although the cravings are still present, they aren't as strong. Some supplements make you feel nauseous 🤢 but this one just removes the feeling of hunger without feeling sick. I plan on buhing more and i def recommend it. The timing is perfect..i put one patch on before work then take it off once i get home...one thing i also noticed is i feel overly full when i eat so it also helps with portion control.
