The recommended dose is 6 pills a day…that’s a lot when I have to take other supplements. I don’t see any noticeable improvement of my skin condition after taking the whole bottle. However, it doesn’t cause any stomach upset which is good.

As many as 10 types of collagen
Verified purchase
I am 45 years old. I take collagen regularly. I bought 2 packages, but I did not see any significant improvement or cardinal effect during the entire period of use. The advantage of this collagen is that it contains as many as 10 types of different collagen and vitamin C is added to improve absorption. The packaging is large. Not capsules, but tablets, which are not very convenient to swallow. Also, 6 pieces at a time. The next purchase is doubtful.
