First of all, I would like to say that the filling here is honest - tuna as it is without skins, bones, and other garbage. The optimal amount of filling liquids, the buyer is not deceived, which is already very pleasant. Tuna has a delicate taste, without a lot of salt, which, again, is great for cooking. Actually, I can eat this straight from the can - I really like it. Package size is standard here for the products of this type. This is probably my most favorite tuna on iHerb at the moment.

as I have stated in other reviews, I personally prefer water than oil based canned fish, think of the price that you are paying n the quality of oil that you are getting. the taste for water based canned fish may not taste as rich as the oil ones but it's definitely a healthier choice for myself.

Read Consumer Lab analysis of this tuna before I bought it. It's the lowest in mercury per them and it tastes great. Wasn't a problem switching from albacore. Also tried it in olive oil - wasn't a fan.

Great taste, good quality fish! Love the pop too can. Ingredients are simple, and this is less sodium than other brands claiming low sodium. It’s a nice big can , which is not available where I live so I buy here. Would recommend it fo use in tuna noodle casserole!
