I fyou can't ake the energy powder by this brand as it has whey and is so sweetener loaded it is undrinkable add these to a garden of life raw powder to get the amino acids and protein and then add Whole Earth multivits on top.

I feel like it's doing what it's supposed to do. It has all the vitamins B, so you are covered with one product. I like that. I only take an extra vitamin B12 lozenge a day (Country Life, 3000 mcg), because I have a shortage of that vitamin. Together they really work in making me more energetic.
