Wrapping Instructions:
1. Place thumb through slot (foam side to skin) with short strap positioned on the back of hand.
2. Wrap long strap snugly around and over short. Secure with internal hook & loop dot.
3. Continue wrapping strap snugly once around hand.
4. Continue wrapping around wrist.
5. Pull to tighten and fasten with Velcro® for desired compression. Tension should be snug but not too tight.
Wash/Care Instructions: When soiled, hand wash with a mild fragrance-free, chlorine-free detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water. Lay flat on a rack or hang, foam side up, to air dry.
Do not machine wash or dry as this may damage your product. Discontinue use if skin irritation is observed. Apply only to clean, dry skin. Do not apply directly to open wounds.
